As part of Jacobsen’s groundbreaking commission for the Radisson Blu Royal Hotel in 1958,alongside the iconic Egg Chair, Swan Chair was created for the lobby and lounge areas of Copenhagen’s Radisson Blu Royal Hotel. It quickly became a symbol of mid-century Danish modernism, celebrated for its fluid, organic lines and ergonomic comfort.
